Norcross, Sherrill, Malinowski laud voting rights bill

Reps. Donald Norcross, Mikie Sherrill and Tom Malinowski lauded the House’s passage of a bill that would increase ballot access, limit dark money and pump up oversight of federal officials.

“I’ve always supported making voting easier, not harder – and it’s a good thing we finally have the opportunity to give more Americans the ability to have their voices heard, to implement campaign finance reform and to restore trust in our public institutions,” Norcross said.

Construction to Congress: Norcross, McKinley Host First Bipartisan Building Trade Caucus Meeting of 116th Congress

Today, Congressmen Donald Norcross (D-NJ-01) and David McKinley, P.E. (R-WV-01) hosted the inaugural meeting of the Congressional Bipartisan Building Trades Caucus in the 116th Congress. With both new and seasoned colleagues in attendance, the meeting focused on infrastructure, apprenticeships, retirement security and prevailing wage.

Norcross, an electrician by trade, and McKinley, an engineer who worked and taught in the construction industry, launched the caucus in 2016. The effort brings together Members of Congress from both sides of aisle to discuss issues that affect the millions of men and women who work in the construction industry.

Norcross Statement on Atlantic City Rail Line Ahead of Cherry Hill Meeting

Ahead of a public meeting with South Jersey residents and New Jersey’s Transportation Commissioner, U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) issued the following statement on the Atlantic City Rail Line:
